I work with both. Many Cleveland and Ohio organizations engage me to coach their executive teams, facilitate strategic planning sessions, or deliver leadership workshops. I also work with individual leaders seeking personal executive coaching, whether sponsored by their company or self-funded.

The best approach is to schedule a free discovery call. We'll discuss your specific goals, challenges, and context, and I'll recommend the services that best fit your needs. Sometimes that's one-on-one coaching; other times it's team coaching or a combination of services.
Are your services available outside of Cleveland and Ohio?
Absolutely. While I'm based in Cleveland and serve many clients throughout Northeast Ohio, I work with leaders and organizations nationwide through virtual coaching. I also travel for in-person strategic planning facilitation, workshops, and team coaching engagements across the country.
